摘 要:针对防止软煤壁片帮的水泥与化学浆液材料的缺点,介绍了对5种具有粘结性能的胶体材料羧甲基纤维素、羟丙甲基纤维素、聚合物纳米胶粉、聚乙烯醇、可再分散乳胶粉进行粘度测试以及提高散煤强度的对比试验,得出了5种粘结材料浓度—粘度变化规律,认为聚合物纳米胶粉能更好地提高散煤强度。将聚合物纳米胶粉配置成不同浓度的胶体溶液,进行渗透性试验,得出了不同浓度的该胶体溶液在0.5 MPa压力下、在不同粒径散煤中渗透扩散不同距离所需的时间。Aiming at the shortcoming of cement and chemical grout materials applied to rib spalling prevention, viscosity tests of 5 kinds of bonded colloidal materials were introduced, in- eluding carboxy methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polymer nano-rubber powder, polyvinylalcohol and redispersible latex powder, and contrast tests for increasing the intensity of bulk coals were also introduced, which found out the concentration-viscosity change law of all the materials and showed that the polymer nano-rubber powder could preferably increase the intensity of bulk coals. Using colloidal solutions of polymer nano-rubber powder with different concentra- tions, the results of permeability tests obtained the different time required by that the colloidal solution with different concentrations permeated different distances in bulk coals with different particle size under the pressure of 0.5 MPa.
