摘 要:取30只7月龄雌性344Fischer大鼠,按照体重随机分为3组:基本组、震动组和对照组,每组10只大鼠.将震动组大鼠置于震动平台上,每天震动30min,频率为30~50Hz(振幅值6mm),每周5天,共12周.震动分为6个5min间隔进行,间隔时间1min.对三组大鼠脂肪、骨骼、瘦素和肌肉重量进行统计学分析对比.结果表明全身震动降低体脂和血清瘦素,不影响总体矿物质量、密度和瘦体重;但腰椎矿物质量和密度增加,说明震动可增加局部骨量和骨密度.另外,全身震动不影响食物消耗.30female seven-month-aged 344 Fischer rats are randomly divided into three groups according to their weight:basic group,vibration group and contrast group,10 rats in each.The vibration group of rats are placed on the vibration platform,with vibration 30 min every day,the frequency of 30~50Hz(amplitude value of 6mm),5days a week,12 weeks.Vibration is divided into 6 5min interval,with interval time of 1min.Then the fat,bone,leptin and muscle weight of the three groups are compared and analyzed.The results show that the whole body vibration decreases body fat and serum leptin and doesn't affect the total mineral mass,density and lean body mass,but the increased bone mineral mass and density indicates that the vibration can increase the local bone mass and bone mineral density.In addition,the whole body vibration does not affect food consumption.
