摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤专科医院医务人员的职业倦怠状况及其影响因素,为进一步认识医务人员职业倦怠产生的规律和特点,以便针对影响因素开展有效干预研究奠定基础。方法选取新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院1 034名医务人员为研究对象,采用马斯勒职业倦怠量表-服务行业版(MBI-HSS)和自制个人情况调查问卷对研究对象进行问卷调查。结果分别有83.49%和71.60%的医务人员有一定程度的情绪衰竭和情感淡漠,95.07%的医务人员的个人成就感低;不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、从事专业类别、学历、职称、日工作时间等人口学特征的医务人员在职业倦怠不同维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤专科医院医务人员职业倦怠状况不容乐观,应采取有效应对措施,缓解其职业倦怠状况。Objectives The study aims to understand the job burnout status among medical staffs in the cancer hospital and analyze its influencing factors,to learn about the regularity and characteristics of job burnout in the medical staffs,so as to lay the foundation for the study of effective intervention focus on the influencing factors.Methods The study subjects were 1 034 medical staff in the affiliated cancer hospital of Xinjiang medical university.They were evaluated by Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey（MBI-HSS）and demographic characteristics questionnaire.Results 83.49% of the medical staffs had a certain degree of emotional exhaustion.71.60% of the medical staffs had a certain degree of emotional indifference.95.07% of the medical staffs＇ personal accomplishment were low.The results of MBI-HSS in different gender,age,marital status,professional category,education level,professional title,daily working hours were statistically significant in different dimensions of the job burnout（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The job burnout status of the medical staff in the cancer hospital is not optimistic.We should find the effective solutions to relieve the situation.
