救助机构受助人员肺结核筛查及治疗情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解救助机构内被救助人员肺结核患病现状,找出受助人员结核病防治中存在的困难和问题,为开展该类人群结防工作提供建议。方法对救助机构89名受助人员进行PPD试验,痰涂片、痰培养和血清结核病抗体检测,结合X线胸片和症状确诊肺结核。对确诊的肺结核患者制定化疗方案治疗。结果 89名受助人员中共筛查出5例活动性肺结核患者,患者治疗依从性差,仅2例患者完成治疗。结论受助人员肺结核疫情形势严峻,需要有关部门采取综合防控措施。Objectives To investigate the pulmonary tuberculosis（TB）prevalence of homeless people in relief station,to find out the difficulties and problems of the TB control among them,and to provide control advices.Methods 89 subjects were checked by PPD,sputum smears,sputum culture and serum TB antibody test,combined the X-ray test and symptoms to make diagnosis.Chemotherapy treatment was made for pulmonary TB patients.Results 5pulmonary TB patients were found in 89 subjects.Patients had poor treatment adherence and only two of them completed six months treatment.Conclusions TB epidemic situation is grim among homeless people.Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken by relevant departments.
