摘　　要：目的了解武汉市更年期妇女绝经相关症状患病率及影响因素。方法 2014年4月至10月,采用统一问卷对武汉市中心城区850例年龄40-65岁妇女进行更年期相关症状的横断面调查,应用Greene评分表评价各种症状的构成比及严重程度。结果从月经规律的绝经前期到围绝经期、绝经后期最常见的3种更年期症状是感到疲倦或精力不足、失眠和肌肉或关节酸痛;而绝经症候群表现各有不同：三组间躯体症状和血管舒缩症状构成均有显著差异（均P〈0.01）,围绝经期妇女更易发生躯体症状（P〈0.05）和血管舒缩症状（P〈0.01）,绝经后期更易发生躯体症状（P〈0.05）。躯体疾病对每种绝经症侯群均有显著影响。结论绝经过渡阶段更年期症状及症候群的表现及严重程度不同;躯体疾病是绝经症候群的危险因素。Objective To investigate the menopausal symptoms of menopause women in Wuhan and the influencing factors.Methods From April to October 2014,a cross-sectional survey was conducted using aquestionnaire to collect information about menopause-related symptoms of 850 women aged 40-65 years in the central city of Wuhan.Greene Climacteric Scale（GCS）was used to evaluate the incidence of each symptom and the severity.Results Feeling tired or lacking in energy,insomnia and muscle/joint pain were the most common symptoms during the menopause transition from premenopause with regular menstrual cycles,perimenopause to postmenopause.Menopausal symptoms varied in different stages of menopause（P〈0.01）.Somatic symptoms（P〈0.05）and vasomotor symptoms（P〈0.01）were more likely to occur in perimenopause.Somatic symptoms were more likely to occur in postmenopause（P〈0.05）.Physical diseases had critical impact on each menopausal syndrome（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The menopausal symptoms and their severity are different in every stage of menopause.Physical diseases are risk factors of menopausal syndromes.
