高血压子代人群ApoE基因多态性与血脂的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析ApoE基因在高血压子代人群中的表达情况及其与血脂的相关性。方法随机在河北省人民医院选择156例健康志愿者,并按照其上代父母血压情况分为家族组(高血压子代人群)和健康组,应用PCR技术探寻两组的ApoE基因,了解两组志愿者ApoE基因的不同,并分析ApoE基因多态性与血脂之间的相关性。结果高血压子代人群中含E4基因型的较多,纯合子E4/4高达75.68%。不同ApoE基因型会有不同的血脂水平,E4等位基因携带者均有较高的TG和较低的HDL水平,除此之外,E4基因携带者的ApoB较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TC、LDL、ApoB在E2基因型中均较低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高血压子代人群中携带E4等位基因的被调查者具有最高的血脂异常率,而E2基因型的血脂异常率则最低,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论高血压子代人群中血脂异常率较高的ApoE等位基因为E4,表明拥有E4基因更容易患高血压,该研究结论有利于了解高血压患者的基因状态,了解血脂与ApoE基因多态性的关系,为以后更好治疗高血压及血脂异常提供方向。Objective To analyze the expression of ApoE gene in offspring of hypertensive parents and its correlation with blood lipids.Methods One hundred and fifty-six healthy volunteers were enrolled in the study,and were divided into family history of hypertension group and healthy control group according to the blood pressure of their parents.PCR technique was used to detect the ApoE gene in both groups.The relationship between ApoE gene polymorphism and blood lipid were analyzed.Results The number of individuals who carried E4 genotype was significantly greater in family history of hypertension group than that in healthy control group（P〈0.05）,and the homozygous E4/4rate was as high as 75.68% in the former group.E4 genotype was closely associated with higher TG,lower HDL and higher frequency of ApoB（P〈0.05）.TC,LDL,ApoB in the offspring carrying E2 genotype were lower,but there was no statistical significance between the family history of hypertension group and healthy control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The offspring of hypertensive parents who carry E4 gene are more likely to have abnormal blood lipids and develop hypertension.Our study helps understand the gene status of hypertension patients,and the relationship between blood lipids and ApoE gene polymorphism,providing guidance for the treatment of hypertension and blood lipid abnormality.
