摘 要:目的探讨青年与老年原发性高血压(EH)患者CD4^+CD25^(high)FoxP3^+调节性T细胞(CD4^+CD25^(high)FoxP3^+Treg)的表达水平及炎症因子水平的差异。方法 50例EH患者与30例健康志愿者依据年龄分为:青年EH组(<50岁)、青年健康对照组、老年EH组(>60岁)和老年健康对照组。应用流式细胞术检测外周血CD4+CD25highFoxP3+Treg的表达,ELISA检测致炎细胞因子IFN-γ,及Treg相关抗炎细胞因子IL-10和TGF-β_1的表达。结果青年EH组CD4^+CD25^(high)FoxP3^+Treg和IL-10水平较青年对照组明显降低(均P<0.05),而老年组未见明显差异;青年和老年EH组IFN-γ水平较对照组均明显升高(均P<0.05)。结论 CD4^+CD25^(high)FoxP3^+Treg在EH中可能发挥调控炎症反应的作用,其在青年EH患者中的临床意义可能较在老年EH患者中更大。Objective To examine the expression of regulatory T cell(Treg)and the levels of inflammatory factors in young and elderly patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods The percentages of circulating CD4^+CD25^(high) FoxP3^+ Treg were evaluated by flow cytometry and the levels of IL-10,TGF-β1and IFN-γ by ELISA among young EH patients(50years,n=25),young controls(n=15),elderly EH patients(〉60years,n=25)and elderly controls(n=15).Results Young EH patients had lower percentages of CD4^+CD25^high FoxP3^+ Treg and lower levels of IL-10 than the young controls(both P〈0.05),but there was no significant difference in the percentages of CD4^+CD25^high FoxP3^+ Treg and the levels of IL-10 between the elderly patients and their controls(both P〉0.05).The levels of IFN-γwere significantly increased in young and elderly patients as compared with their age-matched controls(both P〈0.05).Conclusion CD4^+CD25^high FoxP3^+ Treg cells may regulate the inflammatory responses in EH.They play a more important role in young patients than in elderly patients with EH.
