特色护理专科建设评价指标体系的构建

摘　　要：目的构建特色护理专科建设评价指标体系,为特色护理专科评价提供参考。方法参考优质护理服务评价细则、三甲医院评审标准及现代护理服务内涵,将基础护理和专科护理相结合,护理管理和护理创新相结合,初步构建特色护理专科建设评价指标体系,并选取20名护理专家进行2轮Delphi专家涵询。结果 2论函询专家的积极系数均为100%;权威系数为0.846和0.848;一、二、三级指标协调系数分别为0.329、0.410、0.460,整体指标协调系数0.430(均P<0.01)。最终确定的特色护理专科建设评价体系由科室管理、专科队伍建设、护理质量、护理技术特色、护理服务特色5个一级指标、14个二级指标及40个三级指标构成。结论特色护理专科建设评价指标体系能够反映各专科的护理服务质量和品牌,可用于特色护理专科的评价。Objective To frame an evaluation system of featured nursing specialty construction, and to provide references for the evaluation of featured nursing specialty. Methods By referencing to high quality nursing service evaluation rules, grade three class A hospital accreditation standards and the connotation of modern nursing service, we combined primary care and specialist care, nursing management and nursing innovation, to form an initial version of an evaluation system of featured nursing specialty construction. Then 20 nursing management experts were selected to complete two rounds of Delphi consultation. Results The response rates of two rounds of expert consultation were 100%. The authority coefficient was 0. 846 for the 1st round and 0. 848 for the 2nd round. The coordination coefficients for primary, secondary, and tertiary indexes were 0. 329,0. 410, and 0. 460 respectively, and the overall coordination coefficient of the index system was 0. 430. The evaluation system consisted of five primary indicators （department management, specialist team construction, nursing quality, featured nursing techniques, featured nursing services）, 14 secondary indicators and 40 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The evaluation system of featured nursing specialty construction can reflect nursing service quality of various specialties and brands, and can be used to evaluate the construction of featured nursing spe cialty.
