摘　　要：目的：探索心理测评项目对军校医学研究新生心理健康状态的预测作用。方法采用卡特尔16项人格问卷（ Cattell＆#39;s 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire，16PF）、心理弹性量表（ Connor - Davidson Resilience Scale，CD - RISC）、症状自评量表（Symptom ChecKlist 90，SCL -90）对237名军校医学研究生进行评定。结果①心理不健康组入学前后 SCL -90总分及阳性项目数差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05），心理健康组 SCL -90总分及阳性项目数差异无统计学意义；②心理健康组心理弹性总分（73.83±10.21）显著高于心理不健康组（69.5±10.34）（P 〈0.05）；心理健康组16PF 人格特质中的乐群性、聪慧性、稳定性、有恒性、世故性、独立性评分均显著高于心理不健康组（P 〈0.05）；心理不健康组16PF 人格特质量表中敏感性、幻想性、忧虑性、紧张性显著高于心理健康组（P 〈0.05）；③心理弹性及乐群性、稳定性、世故性、敏感性、忧虑性、紧张性能有效预测心理健康状态，总解释率为41.9%。结论心理弹性评定量表、16PF 人格量表中的乐群性、稳定性、世故性、敏感性、忧虑性、紧张性可以作为心理健康的预测因子。Objective To explore predictive effects of psychological evaluation project on military medical post-graduates＆#39; psychological health status. Methods 237 military medical postgraduates were measured with Cattell＆#39;s 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire（16PF）,Connor - Davidson Resilience Scale（CD - RISC）and Symptom ChecKlist 90（SCL - 90）. Results ①There were significant differences in SCL - 90 total score and number of positive items before and after entering school in psychological unhealthy group（P 〈 0. 05）. There were no significant differences in SCL - 90 total score and number of positive items before and after entering school in psychological healthy group. ②Total score of psychological resilience in psychological healthy group（73. 83 ± 10. 21）was significantly higher than that in psychological unhealthy group（69. 5 ± 10. 34）（P 〈 0. 05）. Social boldness,intelligence,stability,persisten-cy,sophistication and independence in 16PF personality trait scale were significantly higher in psychological healthy group than those in psychological unhealthy group（P 〈 0. 05）. Sensitivity,fantasy,anxiety and stress in 16PF per-sonality trait scale were significantly higher in psychological unhealthy group than those in psychological healthy group （P 〈 0. 05）. ③Psychological resilience,sociability,stability,sophistication,sensitivity,anxiety and stress could predict psychological health status effectively with total interpretation rate 41. 9% . Conclusion Sociability,stability, sophistication,sensitivity,anxiety and stress in psychological resilience evaluation scale and 16PF personality scale can be regarded as predictive factors of psychological health.
