摘 要:目的制定并应用患者文化护理评估表以提高本科护生的跨文化护理能力。方法便利整群抽取170名本科护生为研究对象,抓阄随机抽取91名护生为对照组、79名护生为试验组。对照组护生按常规进行护理见习;试验组在常规见习的基础上应用自制患者文化护理评估表对患者评估后进行讨论,并提出相应的护理诊断和护理措施,共4个月8次。见习前后应用跨文化自我效能量表对护生进行调查。结果见习后试验组护生跨文化自我效能3个维度均分显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论应用患者文化护理评估表可提高本科护生的跨文化护理能力,为实习阶段给患者提供跨文化护理奠定基础。Objective To develop a Client Culture Assessment instrument and implement in clinical teaching to enhance baccalaureate nursing students' cultural competence. Methods A total of 170 baccalaureate nursing students were selected using convenient cluster sampling and were randomized into two groups by the lottery method. The control group of 91 students received conventional clini- cal probation, while the experimental group of 79 subjects was given Client Culture Assessment instrument for probation in which students assessed patient's culture and formulated nursing diagnosis and interventions after group discussion for 8 times. The effect was measured using the Transcultural Self-efficacy Tool. Results Three subscales of the Transcultural Self-efficacy Tool scored sig- nificantly higher in the experimental group than the control group after the intervention (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Applica- tion of the baccalaureate Client Culture Assessment instrument in clinical teaching is effective to improve cultural competence of baccalaureate nursing students.
