摘　　要：目的探讨职业暴露预防知识干预对降低围实习期医学生的AIDS／HIV相关歧视的效果。方法2012年3～4月，选取山东省2所医学院在三甲医院实习的医学生为研究对象。采取社区试验设计，以宿舍为单位随机抽取2所医学院实习医学生各248名组成于预组和对照组。干预组以发放宣传册为主要干预措施，对照组不加任何干预措施，比较2组AIDS／HIV相关歧视的变化。结果干预后，干预组【（6．09±1．44）分】的职业暴露防护知识平均分高于对照组【（4．58±1．23）分】（P〈0．01）；医疗服务歧视得分，干预组【（3．28±1．81）分】低于对照组【（3．67±1．75）分】（P〈0．05）。94．17％（436／463）的学生认为学校应该增加艾滋病教育课程，75．16％（348／463）的学生希望获得艾滋病职业暴露防护知识。结论职业暴露预防知识干预可降低围实习期医学生在医疗服务中的AIDS／HIV相关歧视，提高AIDS／HIV相关职业防护技能。Objective To explore the effect of occupational exposure prevention knowledge intervention on reducing the AIDS/HIV related discrimination among internship medical students. Methods During March-April 2012,the intern- ship medical students of two medical colleges in Shandong province were selected as the research subjects. A community intervention trial was performed. A total of 248 internship medical students recruited by cluster random sampling in Medical College I as the intervention group with brochures as the main intervention. And a total of 248 internship medical students recruited by cluster random sampling in Medical College II as the control group without any intervention. Then the changes of AIDS/HIV related discrimination were compared between the two groups. Results The average scores of occupational exposure protection knowledge （intervention group： 6. 09± 1.44, control group： 4. 58 ± 1.23） were different between the two groups（ P 〈0.01）. The medical service discrimination scores （intervention group：3.28 ± 1.81, control group：3.67±1.75） were different between the two groups （ P 〈0.05）. 94.17%0 （436/463） of the participants thought that the school should increase AIDS education courses. 75.16G （348/463） of the participants hoped to obtain AIDS occupational exposure protection knowledge. Conclusion The intervention on occupational exposure prevention knowledge can reduce the AIDS/HIV related discrimination in medical students＇ medical service. And it also can improve the AIDS/HIV related occupational protection skills.
