2014～2015年洛阳市城乡托幼机构卫生管理现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解洛阳市城乡托幼机构卫生管理现状,为相关卫生管理工作提出建议。方法 2014年6月至2015年10月,对辖区内271家城乡托幼机构卫生管理现状进行调查。结果调查271家托幼机构,城镇130家,乡村141家。城乡托幼机构保健室和幼儿隔离室设置率分别为42.44%、56.09%(P<0.01),工作人员健康检查达标率为62.36%,幼儿定期体检、健康档案建立、每人一巾一杯、晨检、全日健康观察记录、传染病登记记录、传染病管理和责任追究等制度落实率分别为52.77%、64.94%、63.10%、93.73%、70.11%、56.10%、42.44%,食堂餐饮服务许可证配置率50.55%,以上各指标率城镇均高于乡村(P<0.05)。结论调查的城乡托幼机构各项指标与国家要求均有不同程度差距,城镇整体优于乡村,后者是未来托幼机构卫生管理工作的重点。Objective To understand the current status of health management in urban and rural kindergartens of Luoyang city,so as to provide suggestions for relevant work. Methods A total of 271 kindergartens in urban and rural areas of Luoyang city were surveyed on health management during June 2014 October 2015. Results A total of 271 kindergartens were surveyed,130 in rural areas, 141 in urban areas. The setting rate of the urban and rural preschools＇ health room and isolation room was 42.44% and 56.09% respectively（ P 〈0.01）. The compliance rate of staff was 62.36% in health examination. While the implementation rate of certain rules and regulations, such as children regular physical examination, health records, one towel and one cup for each child, the morning cheek, full-time health observation records, infectious disease registration records, and infectious disease management and responsibility was 52.77%, 64.94%, 63.10%, 93.73 %, 70.11%, 56.10 % and 42.44 % respectively. The canteen catering service license allocation rate was 50.55 %. The rate of each index in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion All indicators in this survey have not matched the national standards, the overall status is better in the urban area than that in the rural area.
