摘　　要：目的分析自杀未遂者在经典Stroop任务中的效应特点。方法 20例有自杀行为者和20例正常人进行Stroop任务测试,并记录反应时间、错误数。结果除任务2(矛盾念字)之外,自杀未遂者完成Stroop任务中其余指标的反应时间及错误数明显高于正常人(P<0.05或0.01)。自杀未遂者性别与任务4(纯色唱色)、5(无关词唱色)、6(字义干扰词唱色)的反应时间呈显著正相关(r值分别为0.462、0.468和0.446,P<0.05),而年龄与任务1(黑色念字)、4(纯色唱色)的反应时间呈显著正相关(r值分别为0.453与0.532,P<0.05)。结论自杀未遂者完成Stroop任务的反应时间较长、错误较多,测试结果与性别、年龄相关。Objective To analyze the characteristics of Stroop task in suicide attempters （SA）. Methods Twenty SA patients and 20 healthy subjects were asked to complete Stroop task. Reaction time and errors were recorded. Results Reaction time and errors of Stroop task were more in SA patients than healthy controls （P〈0.01 or 0.05） except item 2 （reading paradoxical words）. Items 4 （naming font colors）, 5 （naming colors of irrelevant words）, and 6 （naming colors of interferential words）were positively correlated with gender （r=0.462, 0.468, 0.446, respectively; P〈0.05）, and so did beween items 1 （reading black words） and 4 and age （r=0.453 and 0.532, respectively; P〈0.05）. Conclusion Incremental reaction time and errors of Stroop task are related to gender and age in SA patients.
