银质针治疗慢性软组织疼痛35例效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察银质针治疗慢性软组织疼痛的效果。方法 67例慢性软组织疼痛患者分别用银质针(n=35)和针刀治疗(n=32),比较两组治疗后1周、4周和3个月的视觉模拟评分(VAS)和局部压痛点评分(LTPS)。结果两组治疗后VAS值明显低于治疗前(P<0.01)。两组治疗后各时间点VAS值和LTPS评分及疗效差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。银质针组平均费用低于针刀组(P<0.01)。结论银质针治疗慢性软组织疼痛疗效确切,且费用低廉。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of silver needle in chronic soft tissue pain （CSTP）. Methods Sixty-seven CSTP patients were treated with silver needle （n=35） or acupotomy （n=32）. Visual analogue scale （VAS） and local tender point score （LTPS） were compared between both groups after 1 and 4 weeks and 3 months. Results VAS was significantly decreased after therapy in both groups （P〈0.01）. There were no differences of VAS, LTPS, and therapeutic efficacy between both groups （P〉0.05）. The average cost was lower in silver needle group than in acupotomy group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Silver needle therapy is effective and inexpensive for treating CSTP.
