摘　　要：目的研究蒲黄压疮散治疗Ⅲ期压疮的临床疗效。方法将40例Ⅲ期压疮患者随机分成2组:治疗组予创面撒蒲黄压疮散治疗,对照组予创面撒云南白药治疗,统计2组治疗1个月后压疮治愈率,治疗第10,20,30天压疮创面愈合率及创面愈合时间。结果治疗组压疮治愈率及治疗第10,20,30天压疮创面愈合率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),压疮创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒲黄压疮散可显著改善Ⅲ期压疮创面局部的血液循环,从而促进压疮创面愈合,明显缩短患者住院时间。Objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect of Puhuang pressure ulcer powder on stage Ⅲ pressure ul- cer. Methods 40 patients with stage Ⅲ pressure ulcer were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group were treated with Puhuang pressure ulcer powder on wound surface, while the control group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao powder on the wound surface, the pressure ulcer healing rate after 30 days＇ treatment, ulcer wound healing rate on the 10th, 20th, 30th treatment day and wound healing time were calculated or recorded. Results The pressure ulcer healing rate after 30 days＇ treatment, ulcer wound healing rate on the lOth, 20th, 30th treatment day in treatment group were all significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , while the wound healing time was significantly shorter than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Phuang pressure ulcer powder could significantly improve phase Ⅲ bedsore wound local blood circulation, so as to promote the wound healing of pressure sore, significantly shorten the patient hospitalization time.
