参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效及对hs-CRP、NT-proBNP的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效及对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响。方法将109例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组55例及对照组54例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予参松养心胶囊治疗,2组均连续治疗2周。检测2组治疗前及治疗后1周、2周的血清hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平,比较治疗期间血压、心率及心电图中ST段变化情况。结果观察组治疗后1,2周的血清hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后1,2周的血压比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);观察组治疗后1,2周的心率、心率×收缩压及心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油用量均低于对照组(P均<0.05),ST段下移程度及缺血导联数目均低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗期间均未见不良反应。结论参松养心胶囊能够显著降低冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的血清hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平及心肌耗氧量,改善心肌缺血程度,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule on stable angina pectoris and the effects on serum hs - CRP, NT - proBNP. Methods 109 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into obser- vation group with 55 cases and control group with 54 cases. The control group was treated with normal western medicine, the observation group was treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule on the basis of treatment in control group. Both the groups were treated for 2 weeks. The levels of serum hs - CRP and NT - proBNP before treatment and in 1, 2 weeks after treatment were determined in both groups, the changes of blood pressure, heart rate and ST segment of ECG during treatment were compared. Results The levels of serum hs - CRP and NT - proBNP in 1,2 weeks after treatment were lower in observation group than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in blood pressure after treatment between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Heart rate, heart rate x SBP and attack times of angina pectoris,dosage of Nitroglycerin were less, while ST segment down-moving degree and numbers of ischemia leads were lower in observation group than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No side effects were found during treatment in both groups. Conclusion Shensong Yangxin capsule can significantly decrease the levels of serum hs - CRP and NT - proBNP, decrease myocardial oxygen consumption in the patients with stable angina pectoris, it has a good clinical curative effect.
