摘 要:赫基国际大厦高178.8m,属B级高度超限高层建筑,采用钢管混凝土柱+型钢混凝土梁+钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构。本项目办公塔楼建筑平面凹凸、棱角极多,框架柱排列不均匀,且存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、凹凸不规则、复杂连接等多项不规则。介绍了基础与地下室设计,重点介绍了框架-中空核心筒结构体系设计、复杂的连体设计、新型钢管柱节点设计、十字密肋板设计以及内置空腔多腔U形钢包混凝土组合梁设计。采用YJK和MIDAS Building两个程序对结构进行了常规的小震下弹性静、动力分析,补充了中震弹性和不屈服验算;并采用SAUSAGE程序进行了罕遇地震下弹塑性动力时程分析。最后提出了针对本项目超限所采取的加强措施。Heji International Building is 178.8 meters tall and is classified as a B-grade high-rise building that exceeds height requirement of specifications. It adopts mixed structural system of concrete filled steel tubular column, steel reinforced concrete beam and reinforced concrete corewall. The tower building in this project has a concave-convex architecture plane with many edges. The frame columns are arranged unevenly, and there are multiple irregularities including torsion irregularity, discontinuous floor, concave-convex irregularity and complex structural connections. The foundation and basement design was introduced and it focused on the frame-corewall structural system design, complex connecting body design, new type CFST columns joint design, cross ribbed plate design and built-in cavity and multi-cavity U-shaped steel wrapped concrete composite beam. Two programs of YJK and MIDAS Building were used to conduct the regular elastic static analysis and elastic dynamic analysis under the frequent earthquake, and elastic analysis and non-yielding calculation under the fortification earthquake were supplemented. And elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake was carried out by SAUSAGE program. Finally, the measures taken to strengthen the regularities of the project were put forward.
