摘 要:介绍了华策国际大厦结构设计修改情况。对主楼地上结构修改设计前后地震反应进行了比较,对修改设计后采用半逆作施工的情况和采用的新型钢板剪力墙及空中连廊先铰后刚设计方法这两项关键技术进行了介绍和分析。分析结果表明,修改设计不仅提高了构件制作标准化和安装机械化程度,加快了施工速度,一些关键性能指标还得以改善,可以为类似工程提供参考。The modified structural design of Huace International Building was presented. The seismic responses of the upper structure of main building before and after modification were compared. In the process of modified design, semi-reversed construction method was introduced. Two key technologies were introduced and analyzed including the adoption of new steel plate shear walls and the design method of the overhead corridor with stiff connection after hinged connection. Analysis results show that the modified design not only develops the standardization degree for component production and the mechanization degree for installation, but also accelerates construction speed, and some key performance indicators were improved, which can provide a reference for similar projects.
