诺雷德在围绝经期前乳腺癌患者卵巢功能的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察与评价诺雷德在围绝经期前乳腺癌患者卵巢功能的保护作用。方法将该院2014年1月-2016年2月收治的80例围绝经期前乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组(常规乳腺癌治疗组)40例和观察组(常规治疗加诺雷德组)40例,然后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后1、3及6个月的血清性激素、卵巢动脉血流结果进行比较。结果治疗后1、3及6个月观察组的血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)及促黄体生成素(LH)均低于对照组,血清雌二醇(E_2)则高于对照组,卵巢动脉血流指标PI、RI及S/D均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05。结论诺雷德对围绝经期前乳腺癌患者卵巢功能的保护作用较好,适用于此类患者。Objective To observe and evaluate the protective role of zoladex for ovarian function of patients with breast cancer before perimenopause. Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer before perimenopause treated in the hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 were selected, then they were randomly divided into control group （conventional treatment of breast cancer） and observation group （conventional treatment and zoladex）, 40 patients in each group. The levels of serum sex hormones, ovarian arterial blood flow indexes in the two gorups before treatment and after one, three, and six months of treatment were compared. Results After one, three, and six months of treatment, the levels of serum follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LH） in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （ P〈0. 05） ; the level of serum estradiol （ E2 ） in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0. 05 ） ; ovarian arterial blood flow indexes [ pulsatility index （PI）, resistance index （RI）, and the ratio of systolic blood pressure to diastolic blood pressure （S/D） ] in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion The protective role of zoladex for ovarian function of patients with breast cancer before perimenopause is good, and it is suitable for these patients.
