麒麟丸治疗肾虚肝郁型黄体功能不全不孕症的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察麒麟丸联合黄体酮胶囊治疗黄体功能不全不孕症的疗效。方法选取2013年9-10月在该院生殖门诊确诊为黄体功能不全性不孕症且辩证属肾虚肝郁型患者60例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组于排卵后开始口服黄体酮胶囊,治疗组于排卵后服用黄体酮胶囊同时加用麒麟丸,3次/日,6 g/次,连续服用14 d,检测血清β-h CG水平,若未孕,于下一周期重复上述治疗,3个月经周期为一个疗程。比较治疗前后各项临床指标的差异。结果治疗组治疗痊愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组基础体温测定高温相天数及中医证候评分与治疗前比较均有显著性改善,治疗组与对照组之间各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麒麟丸具有改善肾虚肝郁症状及改善黄体功能的作用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Qilin pills in treatment of infertility of luteal phase defect with renal deficiency and hepatic stagnation. Methods Sixty cases with infertility of luteal phase defect with renal deficiency and hepatic stagnation were selected from September to October in 2013, then they were divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given progesterone soft capsules; the patients in treatment group were given Qilin pills and progesterone soft eapsu!es, three times a day, 6 grams per time for consecutive 14 days. The levels of serum β-human ehorionie gonadotropin （β-hCG） were detected, the treratment was repeated if necessary, one course of treatment included three menstrual cycles. The clinical indexes before and after treat- ment were compared. Results The cure rate in treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （ P〈0. 05） . In the two groups, the time of high temperature phase and Chinese medical symptom score after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment, there were statistically significant differences between treatment group and control group （P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion Qilin pills can improve renal deficiency, hepatic stagnation, and luteal function.
