摘 要:以输油泵机组无故障整体运行噪声为研究对象,采用自行研发的环境噪声自动监测分析仪,基于Lab VIEW融合时频分析与单频信息提取技术,研究输油泵机组中电机和离心泵两个噪声辐射源特性及其表现形态。研究结果表明:无故障状态下输油泵机组整体运行噪声由电机和离心泵两个噪声辐射源近场叠加而成;电机的空气动力噪声与离心泵的流体动力噪声贡献率则相对较大,在整体运行噪声中起主导作用;空气动力噪声表现形态为单频波,其特征频率取决于电机转速及冷却风扇叶片数;流体动力噪声表现形态为一族窄带多频波,其中包含一个相对稳定的单频信息其特征频率取决于电机转速及叶轮叶片数。The research object of this paper is the no fault overall oil pumping unit running noise,Fusion time frequency analysis and single frequency information extraction technology based on Lab VIEW,The characteristics and performance of two noise sources of motor and centrifugal pump in oil pumping unit are studied.Research results show that:The whole operation noise of the oil pump unit under the no fault condition is formed by the superposition of the two noise radiation sources of the motor and the centrifugal pump.The aerodynamic noise contribution rate of motor and the hydrodynamic noise contribution rate of the centrifugal pump are relatively large,which play a leading role in the overall oil pumping unit running noise.The form of the aerodynamic noise is a single frequency waveform,The characteristic frequency depends on the speed of the motor and the number of the cooling fan blades;The fluid dynamic noise forms a narrow band multi-frequency waveform.Which contains a relatively stable single frequency information of its characteristic frequency depends on the speed of the motor and the number of impeller blades.
