摘　　要：本系统是一款自动化移动会议系统,基于移动互联网络(3G/4G/Wifi),参加同一会议的用户可以在自己的移动设备上看到同一块白板,用户可以在白板上绘制文字和图形,其他与会者能够同步地看到其他人绘制的内容,并且延时不超过1秒。同时系统同还拥有共享文件,随手做会议记录,发送文字聊天与语音信息,会议记录保存与二次编辑,预约提醒会议等功能。为广大中小微企业的会议自动化管理提供了一个合理、可行的操作方案。This system is an automated mobile conference system,based on the mobile Internet（3 g/4 g/Wifi）,attend the same meeting the user can see on your mobile device the same whiteboard,users can draw text and graphics on the whiteboard,other participants was able to see what others to draw,synchronous and time delay no more than 1 second.With have Shared file system at the same time,conveniently do meeting record,send text chat and voice information,meeting records and secondary editor,remind booking meeting,etc.For the majority of micro,small and medium enterprises meeting automation management provides a reasonable and feasible operation scheme.
