摘 要:为了明晰裙边混合器裙边宽度对涡扇发动机加力燃烧室平行进气混合扩压器气动热力性能的影响,采用基于Navier-Stokes(N-S)方程的三维数值模拟方法对不同裙边宽度模型进行了定量研究,得到了流场、流向涡涡量场、热混合效率、总压恢复系数、混合扩压器出口平均速度及速度因数、混合扩压器出口温度均匀度的变化规律.结果表明:裙边宽度在40-130mm之间变化时,在混合扩压器出口截面处,随着裙边宽度的增加,流向涡的影响范围不断增大,促进内外涵道的气流掺混;热混合效率随裙边宽度的增大先增大后减小,总压恢复系数随裙边宽度的增大总体呈线性减小趋势.混合扩压器出口的平均速度及速度因数随裙边宽度的增大呈线性减小趋势,混合扩压器出口的温度均匀度随裙边宽度的增大而增大.In order to clarify the effects of width of skirted mixer on flow field, stream- wise vorticities, thermal mixing efficiency, total-pressure recovery factor, average speed and speed factor as well as temperature evenness of outlet of mixing diffuser, different widths of skirted mixer were studied quantitatively through the three-dimensional numerical simula- tions based on Navier-Stokes (N-S) equations, and the principle of effects on aerothermody- namic performance was obtained. Results show that, when width of skirted mixer varies from 40mm to 130mm, stream-wise vorticities increase at the outlet of mixing diffuser with the growing width, and the flow mixing of internal and external bypass can be promoted. Thermal mixing efficiency firstly increases and then decreases as the width increases, and the total-pressure recovery coefficient linearly decreases as the width increases generally. The average speed and speed factor of outlet of mixing diffuser linearly decrease as the increases, and the temperature evenness of outlet of mixing diffuser increases with the growing width .
