摘  要:为研究拉杆组合转子的动力学特性并比较其与整体式转子的差异,基于集总参数法,提出了一种拉杆组合转子动力学建模的方法.该方法通过对整体式转子梁模型抗弯刚度的修正,可以考虑接触、预紧力和拉杆等因素的影响.首先分别分析了这3个因素对等效梁静态抗弯刚度的影响,给出了相应的修正系数.研究结果表明:接触界面和拉杆对轴段抗弯刚度的影响很大,而轴向预紧力的影响较小.然后,针对一模化实验拉杆组合转子,计算了各轴段的修正系数并建立了动力学模型.其临界转速计算值和实验结果吻合,误差仅0.8%,表明了方法的正确性.研究可为其他组合式结构的动力学分析和设计提供参考和借鉴.In order to analyze the rotor dynamics of a rod fastening rotor and compare its differences with the integral rotor, a model based on lumped parameter method was proposed. By modification of the stiffness of the beam element, the effects of contacts between the disks, pre-stresses in the disks produced by the axial preload and the rods can be considered. Firstly, the effects of the three factors on the stiffness of the beam in static were analyzed, and the modified coefficients were obtained. The results show that, contacts and rods compared with the pre-stresses in the discs had relatively large effects on the dynamics of the rod fastening rotor. Then the modification coefficients for each beam element of an experimental rod fastening rotor were calculated and the dynamic model of the rotor was established. The critical speeds were calculated and agreed well with the experimental results. The error was just 0.8%, validating the method proposed. The results are very useful in dynamics analysis and design of other combined structures.
