慢性乙型肝炎诊断中的常规生化检验项目及价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎诊断中的常规生化检验项目及价值。方法选取慢性乙型肝炎患者80例,定义为肝病组,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,同时选取健康人群定义为对照组(n=80),比较分析2组的常规生化指标、血常规指标和生化新指标。结果肝病组患者的中性粒细胞、血小板计数和白细胞计数与对照组相比,明显偏低(P<0.05)。肝病组患者的淋巴细胞与对照组相比,明显偏高(P<0.05)。肝病组患者的白蛋白与球蛋白比值、白蛋白与对照组相比,明显偏低(P<0.05)。肝病组患者的丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素与对照组相比,明显偏高(P<0.05)。肝病组患者的前白蛋白和转铁蛋白与对照组相比,明显偏低(P<0.05)。肝病组患者的亮氨酸氨基肽酶、总胆汁酸、腺苷脱氨酶和5’-核苷酸酶与对照组相比,明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者进行常规生化指标检查、血常规检查及生化新指标检查,可能对慢性乙型肝炎患者的诊断治疗及肝功能状况评估具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of conventional biochemical tests in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B. Methods The clinical material of 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B（1 iver disease group） from March 2013 to March 2014 were studied by using the regression analysis, and meanwhile 80 cases of normal healthy people were selected as control group. The routine biochemical indicators, blood routine, and new biochemical indexes in the two groups were carefully studied and analyzed. Results The neutrophil, platelet count and leukocyte count in 1 iver disease group were significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The lymphocytes in 1 iver disease group were significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The ratio of albumin to globulin and albumin in 1 iver disease group were significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The alanine aminotransferase and total bilirubin in 1 iver disease group were significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The pre-albumin and transferrin in 1 iver disease group were significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The leucine amino peptidase, total bile acid, adenosine deaminase and 5 ＇- nucleotidase in 1 iver disease group were significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is probably of great help and reference for doctors to accurately assess the liver functions, diagnose and treat chronic hepatitis B patients that using blood routine examinations and the conventional biochemical indexes.
