摘  要:分析研究三个不同生产线的硅酸盐水泥熟料,其中Z厂采用高硫煤进行熟料的煅烧,且其原料中的碱含量不高,XRD测试结果显示该线熟料中的硫主要以硫铝酸盐的形式存在;J、H两厂原料石灰石中低温可分解硫含量较高,且两厂原料中的碱含量相对较高,虽然采取了不同的固硫方式,但XRD测试显示两厂的硫主要以硫酸盐(K_2SO_4)的形式固溶于熟料之中;采用电子探针技术对Z、J两厂的熟料样品进行微观分析,虽然硫的存在形式不同,但硫元素都仅存在于A矿、B矿之中,而且这些固溶了硫元素的矿相较没有固溶的矿相在感官色泽上发生了变化。Three kinds of Portland cement clinker from different production line were analyzed in this paper.The factory Z uses high-sulfur coal for clinker calcination,and the alkali content of the raw materials is not high.The XRD results show that the main form of sulfur in clinker is sulphoaluminate and the limestone materials' sulfur content(produced by factory J and H) which can be decomposed in low temperatures is high.The material produced in these factories has high alkali content.The XRD shows that although the mode of sulfur fixation was,the sulfur in the raw materials which produced by the two factories is mainly existed in the form of sulfate(K_2SO_4);The microstructures of clinker samples from Z and J factories were analyzed by electron probe microanalysis,although the existing forms of the sulfur are different,the sulfur elements are present in the A mine,B mine.Compared with no-solid solution of the ore phase,the solid solution of the sulfur-free ore phase has some change in color.
