摘  要:宽频高阻抗锰锌铁氧体材料作为用于抗电磁干扰MEI领域中主要材料,既要有优良的频率特性,又要有高阻抗特性,并对其电感和阻抗的范围要求非常严格。作者从影响材料频率特性、阻抗特性的因素及机理分析入手通过调整其生产工艺技术的控制,使产品频率特性、阻抗特性的性能要求完全满足质量指标要求,解决了宽频高阻抗锰锌铁氧体材料大规模生产中普遍存在的产品一致性差、性能不稳定、合格率低的难题,使产品质量、性能达到国内规模化生产的领先水平。本文的探讨总结希望能够为我国规模化生产宽频、高阻抗抗电磁干扰锰锌铁氧体材料提供有益的帮助。Broadband high impedance MnZn ferrite material is the main material used in the field of anti-electromagnetic interference(MEI). It has good frequency characteristic and high impedance characteristic. And its inductance and impedance range requirements are very strict. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the frequency characteristics and impedance characteristics of the material, the production technology is adjusted to meet the requirements of frequency and impedance characteristics to solve the poor consistency, performance, instability, and low pass rate of the products commonly occurring in mass production, so that the product quality and performance can reach the leading level of large scale production in China. It is hoped that this study will provide useful help for the large-scale production of Mn-Zn ferrite materials with wide bandwidth and high resistance to electromagnetic interference.
