摘  要:以自行研制的抗菌剂进行蝴蝶兰原球茎分化成苗开放组培试验。培养基1/2MS+3 g/L 6-BA+100 g/L香蕉泥+20 g/L蔗糖+1.0 g/L活性炭+6.3 g/L琼脂条,处理组附加适当浓度的抗菌剂。培养45 d观察发现抗菌剂能有效抑制培养基污染,类原球茎能全部分化成苗,平均苗高(2.6±0.4)cm,与对照(高压灭菌)差异不显著,叶片数1-2片、〉0.5 cm根1-3条,与对照一致。由此表明,蝴蝶兰类原球茎分化成苗的开放组培确实可行。Application of open culture with self developed bacteriostats in the differentiation and seedling of Phalaenopsis ssp. PLB was carried out.The culture medium was 1/2MS+3 g/L 6-BA+100 g/L mashed banana+20 g/L sucrose+1.0 g/L AC (activated charcoal)+6.3 g/L agar strips,and bacteriostats at reasonable concentration were added in medium of treatment.After culturing for 45 d,the results showed that bacteriostats could effectively inhibite microbial pollution,all PLB differentiated and formed plantlet.The average height of plantlet was(2.6±0.4)cm,which had no significant difference with that of the control(on autoclave sterilized medium).Blade number was 1-2 and the number of root lenghth above 0.5 cm was 1~3,both were consistent with that of the control.Therefore,it is really practical that the application of open culture in the differentiation and seedling of Phalaenopsis ssp. PLB.
