摘　　要：农技员推广行为是保证推广工作顺利进行的关键。基于农牧民视角,通过指导次数、时期、内容、方法、态度和技能衡量农技员畜牧业技术推广行为,并运用因子分析法综合评价推广行为。Agro-technical staff’s extension behavior is the key factors that guarantee a smooth animal husbandry technology extension.Based on peasant’s view,it reflected agro-technical staff’s extension behavior objectively and described the animal husbandry technology extension staff’s performance from the frequency,the period,the content,the methods,work attitude and skills.Using the method of factor analysis,staff’s extension behavior was comprehensively evaluated.
