摘　　要：目的高血压病逐渐成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病,也是老年人发生心脑血管意外的危险因素,为了解本地区65岁以上原发性高血压病发病率与控制率,从而更好地进行预防性健康教育,减少心脑血管意外的发生。方法通过本地区2013、2014、2015年的65岁以上老年人健康体检及国家基本公共卫生4次随访,开展高血压病的发病率与控制率调查分析。结果 65岁以上老年人:镇区发病率54.94%,控制率65.89%;村屯发病率79.68%,控制率38.69%。结论本地区65岁以上老年人高血压病发病率与控制率城乡差异性很大,亟待建立有效的预防高血压病的健康教育。Objective Hypertension has become the main threat to humanhealth, the risk factors of cerebrovascular accident and the elderly, in order to understand the above 65 years old primary hypertension incidence rate and control rate, so as to better carry out preventive health education, reduce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents. Methods Through the local area 2013, 2014, 2015, 65 years old people above the health examination and the national basic public health 4 times follow-up, the investigation and analysis of incidence and control rate of hypertension. Results Over 65 years of age： an incidence rate of 54.94%, control rate 65.89%. In the incidence rate of 79.68%, control rate 38.69%. Conclusion The incidence and control rate of hypertension in the elderly over 65 years old in this area was very large, urgent need to establish an effective health education for the prevention of hypertension.
