摘 要:目的探究氯胺酮异丙酚复合利多卡因在小儿手术中的麻醉效果。方法选取我院74例手术治疗患儿,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=37)和对照组(n=37)。对照组采用氯胺酮麻醉,治疗组联合异丙酚、利多卡因麻醉,统计记录两组术中心率(MR)、平均动脉压(MAP)变化情况及不良反应生率。结果治疗组给药前HR、MAP与术中比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组术中HR、MAP值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率(8.10%)低于对照组(37.84%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯胺酮异丙酚复合利多卡因应用于小儿手术中麻醉效果显著,可有效改善心率、平均动脉压,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the effect of ketamine and propofol combined with lidocaineon anesthesia inchildrenpediatric surgery. Methods74 cases of surgical treatment in our hospital were selected, according to the random number table method was divided into the treatment group(n=37) and the control group(n=37). Control group using ketamine anesthesia,observation group combined with propofol and lidocaineanesthesia, MR(heart rate), MAP(mean arterial pressure) change and adverse reaction rate were recorded in the two groups. Results The HR and MAP of the treatment group were compared before and after administration, the difference was not statistically significant(P〈0.05). The value of MAP and HR in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〉0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the treatment group(8.10%) was lower than that in the control group(37.84%), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ketamine and propofol combined with lidocaine used in pediatric surgery anesthesia effect is significant, can effectively improve the heart rate, mean arterial pressure, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
