腰麻与硬膜外麻醉方法在剖宫产术患者术后镇痛效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较剖宫产术患者腰麻与硬膜外麻醉的术后镇痛效果。方法选取我院2015年5月~2016年5月收治的剖宫产术患者共90例,其中腰麻（A组）45例,硬膜外麻醉（B组）45例,回顾分析一般资料,并对术后镇痛效果进行比较。结果两组麻醉起效和痛觉消失时间及术后3 h、6 h、12 h VAS评分的对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;新生儿Apgar评分和术后1 h VAS评分的对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组术后副反应发生情况的对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论剖宫产术中,腰麻的术后镇痛效果优于硬膜外麻醉。Objective To compare the cesarean section patients with lumbar hemp and postoperative analgesia effect of epidural anesthesia. Methods A total of 90 patients with caesarean operation were chosen from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hosptal, lumbar hemp including 45 cases（group A）, epidural anesthesia group 45 cases（group B）, review the general information, and carries on the comparison to postoperative analgesia effect. Results Two groups of anesthetic effect and disappear pain time and postoperative 3 h, 6 h, 12 h VAS score compared with statistical difference（P〈0.05）, neonatal Apgar score and postoperative 1 h comparison of VAS score no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Comparison of two groups of postoperative adverse events happening no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Caesarean operation, the postoperative analgesia effect of lumbar hemp is better than that of epidural anesthesia.
