摘　　要：目的探讨Hangman骨折的受伤特征和后路手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析赤峰市医院接受后路椎弓根内固定手术治疗15例患者临床资料。结果随访10-24个月。所有患者颈椎复位内固定满意,均获得良好骨性融合。有2例JOA评分10分,患者症状较重,由于脊髓已造成永久不可逆性损伤,术后症状恢复不明显。未发生脊髓、神经根、椎动脉、气管或食管损伤等术中并发症。结论后路经椎弓根固定,矫正屈曲畸形及椎体移位效果明显。Objective To investigate the characteristics of Hangman fracture and the effect of posterior surgical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with posterior pedicle screw fixation and posterior pedicle screw fixation were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients were followed up for 10-24 months. All the patients were satisfied with the reduction and internal fixation of cervical spine, and the good bony fusion was obtained. There are 2 cases of JOA score 10 points in patients with serious symptoms, due to the spinal cord has caused permanent irreversible injury, postoperative symptoms are not obvious. No complications such as spinal cord, nerve root, vertebral artery, trachea or esophagus injury were not occurred. Conclusion Pedicle screw fixation is effective for the correction of flexion deformity and vertebral displacement.
