摘　　要：目的研究分析小儿佝偻病的临床预防以及治疗方式和效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法根据2014年5月~2015年5月我院的120例小儿佝偻患者进行研究分析,为患儿使用了葡萄糖酸钙联合Vit AD滴剂,对临床治疗情况进行观察分析。结果全部患者中有48例显效,64例有效,8例无效,临床治疗有效率是93.3%。全部患儿没有出现毒副作用,共有4例患儿有轻度腹泻症状。结论佝偻病应该要以预防为主,治疗为辅,尽早开展治疗,使用葡萄糖酸钙联合Vit AD治疗效果突出,简单可行,可作为预防治疗措施。Objective To study the clinical prevention and treatment of rickets in children and the clinical treatment effect, to provide reference. Methods 120 cases of infantile rickets according to patients from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital to carry on the research analysis, the use of calcium gluconate combined with Vit AD drops for children, were analyzed on the clinical treatment. Results In all patients, 48 cases were markedly effective, 64 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 93.3%. All the children had no toxic side effects, and there were 4 cases with mild diarrhea. Conclusion Rickets should give priority to prevention and treatment of secondary treatment as soon as possible to carry out treatment, use of calcium gluconate combined with Vit AD, simple and feasible in primary hospital can be used as preventive treatment measures.
