基于芪红地黄汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变分析

摘　　要：目的探讨芪红地黄汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的应用价值。方法选取本院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例作为研究对象,采取随机对照分组原则设置为观察组与对照组,两组患者均通过饮食或降糖药物控制血糖水平,对照组30例,仅单纯应用神经营养弥可保注射液肌注治疗,观察组30例,在常规营养神经治疗的基础上联合中医药芪红地黄汤治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率为86.67%（26/30）,对照组患者治疗后总有效率为63.33%（19/30）,两组对比,观察组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=14.526 8,P=0.000 1）。结论芪红地黄汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果明显,可在短期内改善患者症状,提高神经传导功能,且药性温和,安全性较高。Objective To explore the application value of the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qihong Dihuang decoction. Methods 60 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects. Take the principle of random control group as the observation group and the control group, two groups of patients through diet or hypoglycemic drugs to control blood glucose level, the control group of 30 cases, only the simple application of neurotrophic methycobal injection therapy, the observation group of 30 cases, treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qihong Dihuang decoction based on the conventional neurotrophic treatment on the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was as high as 86.67%（26/30）, the total effective rate of control group was 63.33%（19/30）, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=14.526 8, P=0.000 1）. Conclusion The effect of Qihong Dihuang decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is obvious, it can improve the symptoms of patients in the short term, improve the nerve conduction function, and the drug is mild, and the safety is high.
