综合护理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察综合护理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用疗效。方法抽取2014年1月-2016年2月我院小儿腹泻患者102例,根据护理方案不同分为对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预,比较两组临床护理效果和家属的护理满意度。结果观察组临床护理总有效率为94.12%,家属护理满意度为90.20%,高于对照组的72.55%和70.59%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预小儿腹泻可有效提高患儿临床护理效果和家属护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with diarrhea. Methods 102 cases of children withdiarrhea in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 were selected, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different nursing plan, each of the 51 cases. The control group used routine nursing intervention, research group on the basis of routine care to implement comprehensive nursing intervention, compare the two groups of clinical nursing effect and their families on nursing satisfaction. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.12%, and the satisfaction rate was 90.20%, significantly higher than that in the control group of 72.55% and 70.59%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in children with diarrhea can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of family members.
