摘　　要：目的分析探讨深静脉置管患者的并发症及护理干预措施。方法对在我院行长期输液或行血液透析的65例患者进行深静脉置管术,分析其并发症情况及护理干预措施。结果 65例患者在治疗过程中,有3例患者发生静脉置管感染,4例患者发生导管堵塞,1例患者发生静脉血栓。结论在给予患者深静脉置管时,应严格遵守无菌操作标准,加强对导管的护理工作,提高患者及家属对于导管并发症的防范意识,以降低临床中深静脉置管并发症的发生率。Objective To analyze the complications of patients with deep vein catheterization and nursing intervention measures. Methods 65 patients with long-term infusion or hemodialysis were performed deep vein catheterization in our hospital, analysis of the complications and nursing intervention measures. Results 65 patients in the treatment process, there are 3 patients with venous catheter infection, 4 cases of patients with catheter blockage, 1 cases of patients with venous thrombosis. Conclusion In patients with deep vein catheterization, aseptic operation should strictly abide by the standards, strengthening the nursing management of catheter, improve the patients and their families for catheter complications prevention awareness, to reduce clinical complications occurred deep vein indwelling tube.
