糖脂平汤颗粒冲服对2型糖尿病并脂代谢紊乱的治疗价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖脂平汤颗粒冲服对2型糖尿病并脂代谢紊乱的治疗价值。方法将81例2型糖尿病并脂代谢紊乱患者分为两组,在常规治疗基础上对照组予以辛伐他汀胶囊治疗,观察组给予糖脂平汤颗粒冲服治疗,比较两组疗效。结果两组患者治疗前胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各项临床指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖脂平汤颗粒冲服对2型糖尿病并脂代谢紊乱的治疗价值高。Objective To explore the value of Tangzhiping granule with Decoction Treatment of type 2 diabetes and lipid metabolism disorder. Methods 81 patients with type 2 diabetes and lipid metabolism disorder were divided into two groups, the control group received simvastatin capsules treatment on the basis of routine treatment, the observation group was given tangzhiping granules with Decoction treatment, the curative effect between the two groups. Results Two groups of patients before treatment cholesterol, triglycerides, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, plasma induced atherosclerosis index contrast, the differencewas not statistically significant（P0.05）, after treatment, the clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Tangzhiping granule with Decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus and lipid metabolism is high value.
