慢性前列腺炎患者应用泽桂癃爽胶囊治疗的临床效果系统评价

摘　　要：目的评价慢性前列腺炎患者应用泽桂癃爽胶囊治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法采用回顾性方法分析,选取我院在2013年9月-2015年9月收治慢性前列腺炎患者87例为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组（41例,给予抗感染等传统治疗）与观察组（46例,给予泽桂癃爽胶囊治疗）,比较两组患者前列腺体积、残余尿量、最大尿流率、CPSI分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者的CPSI分、残余尿量、最大尿流率、前列腺体积与治疗前相比,均得到改善（P〈0.05）,且观察组改善程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组总有效率（91.30%）高于对照组（73.17%）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=19.541,P=0.002〈0.05）。结论泽桂癃爽胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎可有效改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of chronic prostatitis patients Zeguilongshuang capsule in the treatment of the application, to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods The retrospective analysis method, selected from our hospital in September 2013 to September 2015, 87 cases of chronic prostatitis patients as the research object, according to the different treatment methods will be divided into control group（41 cases, anti infection and other traditional treatment） and observation group（46 cases, given Zeguilongshuang capsule）, compared two groups of patients with prostate cancer the volume, residual urine volume, maximum urine flow rate, CPSI score and clinical efficacy. Results After treatment, the two groups of patients with CPSI, residual urine volume, the maximum urinary flow rate, prostate volume and before treatment were improved（P0.05）, and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than the control group（P0.05）; the total effective rate of the observation group（91.30%） was higher than that of the control group（73.17%）, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=19.541, P=0.0020.05）. Conclusion It can improve the clinical symptoms of Zeguilongshuang capsule in the treatment of chronic prostatitis, improve the quality of life of patients.
