摘　　要：目的分析健康指导在临界高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月-2016年6月在我院体检的160例临界高血压患者作为研究对象,分为两组,对照组不做任何治疗,但进行跟踪登记,观察组实施健康指导,分析两组血压指标变化情况。结果指导后对照组无明显变化,观察组指标显著下降,分别为收缩压（135.0±4.9）mm Hg及舒张压（83.0±6.9）mm Hg且低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采取健康指导可有效降低临界高血压患者的血压值,并提高患者疾病知晓率。Objective To analyze the application effect of health guidance in patients with borderline hypertension. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 160 cases of borderline hypertension patients in our hospital physical examination as the research object, divided into two groups, the controlgroup received no treatment, but tracking registration, the observation group received health guidance, and analyze the changes of blood pressure of two groups index. Results The guidance of control group had no obvious change, the observation group index decreased significantly, respectively, systolic blood pressure（135.0±4.9） mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure（83.0±6.9） mm Hg and lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Health guidance can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with critical hypertension, and improve the awareness rate of patients with disease.
