摘　　要：目的探讨和分析早期肢体康复训练对高血压脑出血偏瘫患者神经功能的恢复效果。方法选取94例高血压脑出血偏瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分两组,分别采用常规治疗、常规治疗加早期肢体康复训练,对比治疗效果。结果研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率、治疗后的神经功能缺损评分与对照组患者相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血偏瘫患者实施早期肢体康复训练有助于神经功能的恢复。Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation training on neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 94 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, were treated with conventional treatment, routine treatment plus early limb rehabilitation training, the effect of treatment. Results In the study group, the total effective rate of clinical treatment, the neurological deficit score after treatment compared with the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Early limb rehabilitation training in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia is helpful to the recovery of neurological function.
