摘　　要：目的探究门诊外科换药患者的护理方法及感染控制情况。方法选择我院2015年1月-2016年5月门诊换药室收治的273例外科换药患者,给予患者的优质护理服务,严格执行无菌操作,规范处理伤口及换药,加强护理人员操作技能及监管力度,观察273例患者创面愈合率、感染情况及医院满意度。结果 273例患者累计给予换药953次,平均每例患者换药（3.01±1.57）次,271例患者创面愈合良好,愈合率达到99.28%;其中发生感染0例,感染率0.00%;273例患者满意度为99.63%。结论门诊换药室根据伤口类别分类处理,根据伤口恢复情况针对性进行消毒处理,确保创面干燥促进创面愈合,做好伤口抗感染措施,积极开展的健康教育,告知患者伤口愈合的注意事项,耐心解答患者问题,提高创面愈合率,减少感染发生。Objective To explore the nursing methods and infection control of surgical patients in outpatient department. Methods 273 cases of surgical dressing patients in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 in admitted to the outpatient dressing room, given the high quality nursing service for patients, strict implementation of aseptic operation, standardized treatment and wound dressing, strengthening nursing staff skills and supervision, was observed in 273 cases of wound healing, infection rate and hospital satisfaction. Results 273 patients were given total dressing 953 times, the average per patient was（3.01±1.57）, 271 patients healed well, the healing rate was 99.28%; of which 0 cases of infection, the infection rate was 0%, 273 patients satisfaction was 99.63%. Conclusion According to the classification of wound treatment in outpatient dressing room, according to the wound recovery for disinfection, ensure dry wound and promote wound healing, good anti infection measures wound, actively carry out health education, inform the matters needing attention in wound healing, with patience to answer questions, improve the rate of wound healing, reduce infection.
