摘　　要：2015年,房山区第一医院护理系统开展了"美丽天使"行动计划,以抓基础强服务——筑牢"天使之基"、抓技术求创新——练就"天使之翼"、抓质量重文化——打造"天使之韵"为主线积极开展活动,取得显著成效,积累一定经验。本文主要从基本做法、取得成效和经验体会三个方面介绍活动的组织实施和深度思考。In 2015, the first hospital of Fangshan District nursing system to carry out the ＂beautiful angel＂ plan of action, to grasp the basis of strong service- build ＂angel base＂, grasping technology innovation, develop the angel ＂wings＂, grasp the quality of culture- to create ＂angel rhyme＂ as the main line to actively carry out activities, and achieved remarkable results the experience. This article mainly implementation of the activities of the depth of thinking from the basic practice, achieved results and experience of the three aspects of the organization.
