探讨儿科手术室实施整体护理对手术患儿的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在儿科手术室护理中实施整体护理对手术患儿的影响。方法选取我院收治的86例患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组患儿43例。对照组患儿给予手术室常规护理,观察组在实施常规护理的基础上增加整体护理。最后对两组患儿的术后疼痛程度与家属对工作的满意度进行分析。结果观察组患儿手术后轻度疼痛比例高于对照组(P<0.05),中度疼痛比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属对护理工作的满意度为97.67%,高于对照组的67.44%(P<0.01)。结论对手术患儿实施整体护理不仅对患儿生理恢复有所帮助,并且对于其心理、社会需求等方面具有积极作用,整体护理兼顾全面性与科学性,护理效果好,家属满意度高,对患儿术后的康复具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing care in pediatric operation room. Methods 86 cases of children in our hospital were selected as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, and the observation group was added to the whole nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Finally, the degree of postoperative pain and family satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results The proportion of mild pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）, and the ratio of moderate pain was lower than that of the control group（P0.05）. The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 97.67%, higher than that of the control group 67.44%（P0.01）. Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing care for children patients not only to help children with physiological recovery, and has a positive effect on their psychological and social needs, both comprehensive and holistic nursing science, nursing effect, family satisfaction, has important significance on children＇s postoperative rehabilitation.
