摘 要:纸浆纤维是制备纤维素纳米纤维(NCF)的重要原料,研究其前处理方法是实现NCF低能耗制备的重要手段。该文采用7种有机、无机溶剂对纸浆纤维进行润胀处理,并协同高频超声增强处理,通过对水中竹浆纤维的沉降速度及堆积高度对润胀效果进行评价。结果表明:溶剂对纤维的润张效果差异显著,所采用试剂中,喹啉和碘化钾对竹浆纤维的润胀效果最为明显;高频超声处理发现对纤维润胀效果有明显的增强,且对不同试剂的润胀效果有明显改善。Paper pulp is one of the most important materials for preparing cellulose nanofiber ( NCF), thus to study its pretreatment may help to reduce the energy consumption of NCF. In this paper, the pretreatments of bamboo pulp under seven kinds of solvents and ultrasonic treatments were studied to reduce the energy consumption of mechanical operations. The feasibility of energy saving was eventually evaluated by the fiber swelling effects. The results showed that the swelling effects of the seven kinds of solvents, especially quinoline and potassium iodide, on bamboo pulp fiber were obvious. After ultrasonic treatment, the fiber swelling effects were significantly improved, and that under various solvents treatments were increased also.
