摘  要:近红外光谱分析技术作为一种快速、无损、绿色的定性与定量分析方法,目前已广泛应用于多个领域。该文简要介绍了近红外光谱化学计量学分析方法与一般流程,并对近年来该项技术在农林行业定性与定量分析中的应用现状与研究进展进行了综述。最后文章对近红外光谱分析技术在竹类研究中应用前景进行了展望。The near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) analysis technology has been used widely in many fields as a rapid, nondestructive and green qualitative and quantitative analysis method. In this paper, the chemometrics analysis method and general process of the near infrared spectroscopy were briefly introduced. The application and research progress of the near infrared spectroscopy analysis technology for qualitative and quantitative analysis in agriculture and forestry fields were also summarized. At last, the application prospects of the near infrared spectroscopy analysis technology in bamboo research were proposed.
