摘 要:测定了10Ni8CrMoV钢在4种焊接工艺条件下的插销临界断裂应力和焊接热循环参数,并结合插销断口微观组织观察,综合分析了该钢的焊接冷裂纹敏感性并得出了相应临界断裂应力预测公式。研究结果表明,10Ni8CrMoV钢具有较强的焊接冷裂纹敏感性,提高预热温度及后热均显著降低其焊接冷裂纹敏感性,临界应力预测公式与小铁研试验结果吻合较好。The critical rapture stresses and the welding thermal cycling parameters of implant test were measured under 4 welding conditions,and the fracture morphology were observed. The cold cracking susceptibility of 10Ni8CrMoV was studied and a formula of the critical stress and hot-cycle parameters( t8/5,t100) was calculated on the basis of t8/5,t100 and the critical fracture stress. The results indicated that raising the preheating temperature and the postheating cauld decrease the cracking susceptibility of 10Ni8CrMoV,but would enchance the hardness of HAZ. Results from the prediction formular for the critical stress showed agreement with the results from Tekken test.
