摘 要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)、核磁共振交联密度仪对热空气老化前后某轨道车辆橡胶堆材料结构进行对比分析,并分析了其常规力学性能和动态力学性能的变化。试验结果表明,80℃条件下,随着老化时间的延长,材料内部结构变化直观上不明显,交联密度先增大后减小,拉伸强度先增大后减小,拉断伸长率呈减小趋势,硬度呈增大趋势,储能模量逐步增大,损耗因子先增大后减小。Scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR) crosslinking density meter were adopted to analyze the structures of rubber pad material for railway vehicle before and after thermal ageing,and changes of mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that at 80 ℃,with increasing of the ageing time,the internal structure changes of the materials were not intuitively obvious,crosslinking density increased at first and then decreased,the tensile strength increased at first and then decreased,elongation at break was decreasing,hardness tended to increase,storage modulus gradually increased,and loss factor increased at first and then decreased.
