摘  要:采用SEM、便携式X射线荧光光谱仪、EDS和电化学测试技术,分析在某山区和重工业区服役镀锌钢构件典型腐蚀特征。研究钢构件表面Fe元素和Zn元素成分变化与钢构件腐蚀状态的关系。结果表明,随镀锌钢构件服役年限增加,镀锌层腐蚀程度加重,镀锌层Fe元素含量增加,Zn元素含量减少,Fe/Zn比值增加,镀锌层表面Fe/Zn比与腐蚀劣化程度成正比。采用便携式X射线荧光光谱仪测量镀锌钢构件表面化学成分含量,具有较高的准确性,可用于杆塔腐蚀状态评价。The typical corrosion characters were analyzed by SEM, EDS, portable X ray fluorescence spectrometer and electrochemical testing technique. The relationship between surface composition and corrosion state for galvanized steel was studied. The result showed that, with the service life increased, the corrosion degree of the zinc coating was aggravated, the iron content of galvanized layer and the ratios of iron to zinc increased, in contrary, the zinc contents decreased. The results showed that there was a good correlation between the corrosion state and the mass percentage ratio of iron to zinc for galvanized steel. The chemical composition of the galvanized steel surface can be accurately acquired by portable X ray fluorescence spectrometer. The mass percentage ratio of iron to zinc can be used to evaluate the corrosion state of the transmission tower steel components.
