摘　　要：工程量偏差引发的措施项目费调整是发承包双方工程结算争议的焦点。针对措施项目费调整的问题,本文以2013版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》为主要依据,通过识别引发工程量偏差的风险因素、风险责任划分,从风险归责的角度完成工程量偏差对措施项目费调整的影响分析。研究结果能为施工合同执行过程中因工程量偏差造成的措施项目费调整提供理论依据。Measure project cost adjustment caused by engineering quantities deviation is focus disputed in engineering settlement of both parties of contracting, aiming at measure proiect cost adjustment problems, tn this paper, 2013 ＇Valuation Specification＇ is re- garded as main basis. Influence of engineering quantity deviation on measure project cost adjustment is analyzed from the perspec- tive of risk attribution through recognizing risk factor and risk responsibility division causing engineering quantities deviation. The study results can provide theory basis for adjusting measure project cost caused by engineering quantities deviation during construction contract implementation process.
